Charge
Advertising to Rename American Fixed Assets or Natural Resources
America has a vast amount of
fixed assets (real property) and natural resources. Government
should charge an advertising or sponsorship fee to rename government
structures or land. This is what professional sports teams do
with their stadiums to raise revenue and the United States government
should do the same. It could be done for a fixed period of time
(ten years) and it would also bring foreign cash into the United
States. You can rename roads, bridges, parks, buildings. Instead
of Biscayne's National Park - Biscayne's Mitsubishi
National Park. States can do the same. Central Park in
New York could be named Honda Park... After 10 years and America
is out of debt end the advertising program or limit it and everything
reverts back.
